Murrayfield, 1999 - Scotland vs Wales and Matthew is set to win his first cap for his country. It is the culmination of years of work to realise opportunities that were afforded to him and it is clear now how much it still means.

But Matthew also believes that the sense of achievement he remembers from that day can be fullfilled at other levels for those who take their opportunities.
